Dues Payments Options
The current Annual Dues are $680.00. The prevailing Annual Dues amount payment has to be received by the Saddle Creek Homeowners Association by March 1 of each year. Accounts with unpaid balances on current and prior annual dues will be charged a minimum of $68.00 in late fees after March 31.
Please factor in time for payments to actually arrive at Saddle Creek by March 1.
Please include your Saddle Creek street address in the memo line of your check.
These are the no charge or low-charge options for processing payments, but these do require some additional steps / planning.

Other than in 2022, all members received an invoice electronically.

The sending e-mail address will be quickbooks@notification.intuit.com.
Click the Review and Pay, button in the e-mail, and the payment form is self-explanatory.
2021 Update
QuickBooks Payments will begin charging 1% for ACH payments starting April 12 2021. This is $6.80 for 2022 in addition to the $680.00 annual dues.

Credit Card Option
Saddle Creek Homeowners Association is now capable of taking credit cards (AmEx/VISA/MC/Discover/PayPal/Apple Pay).
Paying by credit card does not extend the due date so please notify us promptly if you would like to pay with this option to avoid late fees. There is a $20.57 fee for taking a credit card that will be passed on to the homeowner. The total amount charged to your credit card will be $700.57. The amount is calculated as follows: add transaction fee of $0.25 and then gross up to cover the credit card processing charge of 2.9%. This percentage can be changed by Intuit so this illustrative calculation may not coincide with the actual charge on your credit card statement.

If you would like to pay by credit card, please send a notification to treasurer@saddle-creek.net with your full member name, Saddle Creek address, and email address. In a few days, you will receive an email from the Saddle Creek Homeowners Association with a copy of your updated invoice.
You will then need to complete the following instructions:
- Open the email and click the View Invoice button.
- There will be an electronic version of the invoice with the credit card fee included. Click the Pay Now button.
- Enter the Cardholder Name, Expiration Date, Security Code, Credit Card #, and Billing Zip for the credit card.
- Click the Next button at the bottom right of the screen.
- Follow any additional instructions necessary to complete the transaction
