Dues Payments Options

The current Annual Dues are $710.00. The prevailing Annual Dues amount payment has to be received by the Saddle Creek Homeowners Association by March 1 of each year. Accounts with unpaid balances on current and prior annual dues will be charged a minimum of 10% of the unpaid balance ($71.00) in late fees after March 31.

Please factor in time for payments to actually arrive at Saddle Creek by March 1.

Please include your Saddle Creek street address in the memo line of your check.

These are the no charge or low-charge options for processing payments, but these do require some additional steps / planning.


(Free) Set up bill pay from your online banking:

Please be sure to reference your HOA account number (this is your Saddle Creek address) on the payment stub.

ACH or Credit Card Option (Extra Fee)

Saddle Creek Homeowners Association is capable of taking ACH or credit cards  (AmEx/VISA/MC/Discover/PayPal/Apple Pay).

Paying by credit card does not extend the due date so please notify us promptly if you would like to pay with this option to avoid late fees. There is a $21.50 fee for taking a credit card that will be passed on to the homeowner.  There is a 3% Quickbooks fee.  If your balance is higher, this amount will be higher accordingly.  

If you would like to pay by ACH or credit card, please send a notification to treasurer@saddle-creek.net with your full member name, Saddle Creek address, and email address. In a few days, you will receive an email from the Saddle Creek Homeowners Association with a copy of your updated invoice.
You will then need to complete the following instructions:

  1. Open the email and click the View Invoice button.
  2. There will be an electronic version of the invoice with the credit card fee included. Click the Pay Now button.
  3. Enter the Cardholder Name, Expiration Date, Security Code, Credit Card #, and Billing Zip for the credit card.
  4. Click the Next button at the bottom right of the screen.
  5. Follow any additional instructions necessary to complete the transaction
