If you are a non-Saddle Creek resident, please consider joining our HOA as a Seasonal Members and take advantage of our pool, tennis courts and social activities. Contact Membership for more information.
Swim
The Saddle Creek swimming pool is open from Memorial Day until Labor Day. The pool is open to all Saddle Creek members. If you are a member and interested in hosting a pool party, please review the Pool Party Usage And Fees and contact the Pool Committee to schedule the time. Please review the Pool Rules.
Tennis
Saddle Creek has 8 tennis courts. Four courts on the Westside and four lighted courts on the Eastside. They are open for use to all SCHOA Members. You can sign up for a court time at each clubhouse.
Maintenance and Upkeep of Entrances and Common Areas
We are always pleased to welcome donations in any amount for upkeep of the entrances and common areas from residents who do not choose to join the association as a permanent member. Please send the donation to SCHOA, 495 Saddle Creek Circle, Roswell, GA 30076.
Waiver for Professionals
Our Homeowners Association insurance will not cover "employees" of Members. This is important because it means that in order to protect the neighborhood, any professionals hired, such as tennis pros, swimming coaches, or basically anyone being paid to provide a Member services using Saddle Creek common grounds/facilities, will be required to sign a waiver and provide proof of insurance. They are not considered a guest if you are paying for their services. All that is required is for them to sign a simple waiver (click here) and provide a copy of their insurance coverage. Many other HOAs already require this so pros should be familiar with this policy.
