Houze Rd. Widening Project
There will be a Members meeting held at the Westside Clubhouse on June 29th at 7PM. Jennifer Kuhtz, will be presenting the information from the recent CAC meeting and soliciting input to take back to the CAC. Click on the links below to review the information:
Houze Lake Properties
 You may have noticed the sign on Houze road for the new subdivision -- Houze Lake. Houze Lake has started construction for 3 new custom homes between Saddle Creek and the retention pond. Each will be on approximately .5 acres. They will have 1 access road from Houze and the 3 driveways off it. The first of the homes has been listed -- there are two flyers available, click here and here. The property is located northeast of Saddle Lake Drive and west of Houze Road.
